18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

PrettyFans (PrettyFans.co) is operated by XYRA MEDIA. The Platform includes both adult and non-adult content categories. This statement applies only to content on the Platform that may constitute “sexually explicit conduct” as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256.

Adults only: PrettyFans does not permit minors or any content involving minors. All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct on the Platform are required to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depiction was created.

Record keeping (user-generated content): Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for user-generated content are maintained by the individual content producers (the verified creators) who upload the material. Creators are required under our Terms to maintain accurate age and identity records for all persons depicted in their content and to provide such records upon lawful request.

Platform verification records: In addition, PrettyFans conducts creator identity and age verification and may store verification documents for creator account holders (including identity documents and selfies) to support Platform safety and compliance. These platform verification records are not a substitute for the content producer’s obligations under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Platform role: PrettyFans’s role is limited to hosting, transmitting, and storing user-submitted material and enforcing Platform standards, including review of uploads before publication.

Exempt Content

All other visual depictions displayed on PrettyFans.co that do not constitute “sexually explicit conduct” as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256 are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
