PrettyFans Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrettyFans website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by XYRA MEDIA ("PrettyFans", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, browsing, subscribing, purchasing, uploading content, livestreaming, sending messages, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Account – A registered user profile on the Platform.

Creator – A user who uploads Content and offers subscriptions, paid media, livestreams, tips, gifts, or other paid features.

Fan – A user who subscribes to or purchases Content from Creators.

Content – Any text, images, audio, video, livestreams, messages, comments, links, metadata, and any other material posted or made available on the Platform.

Paid Content – Content requiring payment to access, including subscriptions, pay-per-view content, locked media, paid messages, or paid livestreams.

Subscription – A recurring or fixed-term payment to access a Creator's content feed or membership tier.

Wallet / Balance – Your stored value, credits, or earnings balance shown in your account.

Fees – Platform fees, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, and applicable taxes or withholding.

Verification – Identity verification, age verification, and Creator documentation requirements.

2. Eligibility, Age, and Account Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

  • We may require identity and age verification at any time.

  • Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access or account termination.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

  • Impersonation is prohibited.

  • We may suspend or limit accounts suspected of fraud, policy violations, or security risks.

3. Platform Nature and Content Warning

The Platform supports creators across multiple categories. Some areas may contain adult content intended only for consenting adults.

You agree not to access the Platform if:

  • You are underage.

  • Adult content is illegal where you live.

4. Your Relationship with PrettyFans

PrettyFans provides technology that allows Creators to publish content and Fans to access it.

  • Creators are responsible for their Content and compliance with applicable laws.

  • Fans are responsible for their use of Content and compliance with applicable laws.

  • PrettyFans is not a party to transactions between Fans and Creators, except as a service provider facilitating payments and platform functionality.

5. Creator Requirements and Verification

Creators represent and warrant that:

  • They are at least 18 years old.

  • They have completed all required verification steps.

  • They own the rights to their content or have all necessary permissions and releases.

  • They will not upload content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

PrettyFans may request additional documentation, including age verification, identity verification, and recordkeeping forms.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in restrictions or removal.

6. Content Rules

6.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Involves minors in any way.

  • Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual content.

  • Includes bestiality.

  • Includes illegal incest involving real persons.

  • Includes rape or sexual assault content.

  • Encourages self-harm.

  • Contains hate speech or extremist content.

  • Includes doxxing, blackmail, or extortion.

  • Promotes illegal activity.

  • Violates copyright.

  • Contains malware, phishing links, or harmful code.

6.2 Consent and Releases

If another person appears in your content, you must obtain their explicit consent and legal authorization to publish and monetize that content.

Proof must be provided upon request.

6.3 Moderation

PrettyFans may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe there is a violation, legal risk, or legal requirement.

Notice may not be provided where safety, compliance, or law enforcement concerns exist.

6.4 Pre-Screening and Review

All user-uploaded content is reviewed before becoming publicly available.

During review, PrettyFans may examine:

  • Content

  • Captions

  • Titles

  • Thumbnails

  • Tags

  • Metadata

Review outcomes may include:

  • Approval and publication

  • Age-gating or geographic restrictions

  • Requests for edits or additional verification

  • Rejection and removal

Approval does not guarantee permanent availability. Content may be re-reviewed and removed later if violations are discovered.

Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

PrettyFans has zero tolerance for:

  • Human trafficking

  • Sexual exploitation

  • Forced labor

  • Coercion

  • Abuse

The Platform may not be used to:

  • Facilitate sex trafficking

  • Promote commercial sexual exploitation

  • Engage in forced labor

  • Control another person's earnings or account through threats or coercion

  • Recruit or exploit minors

Reporting

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

To report suspected trafficking or exploitation:

Enforcement Actions

PrettyFans may:

  • Remove content

  • Restrict features

  • Suspend accounts

  • Require additional verification

  • Cooperate with law enforcement

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your Content.

7.2 License to PrettyFans

By uploading Content, you grant PrettyFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host

  • Store

  • Reproduce

  • Display

  • Distribute

your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

7.3 PrettyFans Intellectual Property

PrettyFans trademarks, branding, software, design, and platform features remain the property of PrettyFans.

You may not copy or reverse engineer the Platform except where permitted by law.

8. Anti-Piracy and Security

Users may not:

  • Download or record content without permission.

  • Redistribute content outside the Platform.

  • Bypass security measures.

  • Scrape content.

  • Share login credentials.

Violations may result in suspension and legal action.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Purchases

Fans may purchase:

  • Subscriptions

  • Paid messages

  • Locked media

  • Tips

  • Gifts

  • Livestream access

Recurring Subscriptions

Subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Cancellation stops future billing but generally does not refund previous charges.

Pricing

Creators set their own pricing, subject to platform restrictions.

Fees

PrettyFans may charge:

  • Platform fees

  • Processing fees

  • Chargeback fees

  • Taxes

Taxes

Users are responsible for applicable taxes.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund Policy

Because digital content is delivered immediately, sales are generally final.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Billing errors

  • Platform technical failures

  • Situations required by law

Chargebacks

Filing chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Recovery of chargeback costs

Fraud Prevention

PrettyFans may temporarily delay access or payouts for fraud investigations.

11. Creator Earnings and Payouts

Creator earnings may be held for 1–7 days to manage chargeback and fraud risks.

Payout timing depends on:

  • Verification status

  • Country

  • Payment method

  • Compliance reviews

PrettyFans may place temporary holds on payouts.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

12. Messaging and Conduct

Users may not:

  • Harass others

  • Threaten others

  • Stalk others

  • Abuse others

  • Blackmail or extort

  • Collect personal data maliciously

  • Sell illegal goods or services

PrettyFans may restrict messaging features to protect users.

13. Suspension and Termination

PrettyFans may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violating Terms

  • Failing verification

  • Suspected fraud

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Certain obligations survive termination, including payment and intellectual property obligations.

14. Appeals

Users may appeal content or account restrictions within 7 days, unless the restriction involves:

  • Illegal content

  • Exploitation

  • Minors

  • Law enforcement matters

PrettyFans may request additional information during the appeal process.

15. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Where conflicts exist, the Privacy Policy controls data handling matters.

16. Copyright Complaints

To report infringement, provide:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • URL of the allegedly infringing content

  • Contact information

  • Good-faith statement of accuracy

Repeat infringers may lose access to the Platform.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including:

  • Payment processors

  • Identity verification providers

PrettyFans is not responsible for services outside its control.

18. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

PrettyFans does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Permanent availability of content

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PrettyFans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid to PrettyFans during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PrettyFans against claims arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Violations of law or third-party rights

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Dispute Process

  1. Contact support and allow 14 days for informal resolution.

  2. Attempt mediation for 14 days.

  3. If unresolved, disputes proceed to arbitration under LCIA Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration Details

  • Seat: London, England

  • Language: English

  • Arbitrators: One

  • Decision: Final and binding

Courts of England and Wales may still grant urgent injunctive relief when necessary.

22. Changes to Terms

PrettyFans may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
